@Aakerbeere Persöhnliche Daten - keine. (außer im fall das du deinen Vollnamen und Telefonummer in deinem userprofil stehen hast)Meta wird profile erstellen auf basis des mastodon usertags. Darüber können persöhnlichkeitsprofile erstellt werden über die inhalte der posts des entsprechenden userprofils.Wobei es relativ egal ist da auch ohne account diese daten public Verfügbar sind.Es ist leichter für Meta sich direkt ins fediverse (Pub/Sub) einzubinden um daten zu bekommen.

@jakub all points considered you are right.But there are no alternatives and its currently the best one. (no not IRC) Matrix also gives you the possiblity to design your own setup the way you want and think is secure and you are able to look through the sourcecode.Creating something new is favourable - but also a massive mountain to climb.Which not one single person can stem in one decaded. Even with a team 10+ it would take 4+ years.
