@tante @Nfoonf Smart watches before Apple Watch were genuinely terrible. (Disclaimer: I don’t have an Apple Watch) They also work because of the tight ecosystem integration.

@mmu_man @bortzmeyer It’s neat. Very little software (since no GCC) but that SOCKS proxy problem would be nonexistent since you can change the network overlay using per-process namespaces.

@mmu_man @bortzmeyer Nobody who currently uses Plan 9 is interested in running big compilers like GCC or Clang. This is why I think it needs more users! Eventually someone will want to port it. Somebody added video playback like just last year.
