@BrodieOnLinux I really hate Gnome just because one needs about 4096 extensions to make it usable DE.And yet, some things are still missing like changing .desktop icons from GUI, something that every other DE has!

@BrodieOnLinux Welcome to Split, Croatia, where until some 10 days ago we had mid 20s and now its about 15Β° colder on average. There's no adjustment from warm to cold. One day it was nice and warm, next day you freeze in the morning.

@BrodieOnLinux According to some Phoronix comments I've read on this topic, Enrico just deleted some old and unused code. He contributed nothing new.

@BrodieOnLinux Silent letters are just stupid. Why write them if you're not using them? And yes, I use G in GNOME too.

@BrodieOnLinux I was getting an error:viber: error while loading shared libraries: libxml2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory...and this one-liner fixed it for me:sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libxml2.so /usr/lib/libxml2.so.2

@BrodieOnLinux if I recall correctly, there's an option in pacman (--overwrite '*') which should work as oneliner for this type of problems, I couldn't remember it at the time of my latest upgrade, so I did it like they recommended it in the news.

@BrodieOnLinux Plasma 6 did the trick. I tried Wayland before, on Plasma 5, but my nVidia GPU didn't play along.

@BrodieOnLinux sounds to me like grounding problem. I have the same issue with USB speakers, but not with my Logitech 2+1 speaker system.
