@mttaggart I’m not defending PGP, least of all it’s insane UX. But I do wonder what else would’ve been on hand to create the pressure against crypto “munitions” export laws in the 90s?The software, design, assumptions, and experience all are terrible. But it was what we had to show that anyone can math, and trying to regulate math is a losing battle. @mttaggart I care inasmuch as it is a proxy for "be direct about showing me why to hire you". During hiring periods, I review a LOT of resumes, and do not have time to read them all in detail without doing some screening. Confusing or long resumes make this more difficult.
