However, because this is a larger social policy idea than something any of them would do in place, it must run through The State, is subject to the vagaries of Electoral Politics, and wouldn't manifest larger social cohesion and societal attachment outcomes until way later, maybe.This is all to say, what else could be done while waiting for The State to do the ideal thing it won't?
