@cocoron Applying Marx's description of class wholesale to present day society is problematic imo.Even back in the 1800s, there were a few people who didn't fit the working/ruling divide like the overseers in factories, but today those people have become a class unto themselves. They are technically part of the working class according to Marx in the sense that they have only their labor, to sell but they have been made to share the interest of the ruling class through their access to better living conditions.

Today's decoration project was making fridge magnets. Those are not actual magnets, I use a sticky paste to hold them up.

The fediverse is a great place; not because everyone using it is nice, but because it gives you the tools to curate your experience. If you feel like the place is getting toxic, review who you follow and remove the people whose messages make you unhappy. You can also disable boosts from a specific user but still follow them and see their messages. The fediverse gives us agency over how we chose to experience it. If angry discourse is not your jam, you can take action to cut it out of your timeline.

@dirtycommo The tools of a language (like the command 'ruby' for ruby) are usually written in the language itself. It is kind of a requirement to be considered seriously.I don't know about ruby, but I guess it is written in ruby.
