@sir @codesections I’m not sure it’s possible not to passionately _hate_ FP languages, but since apparently nobody has mentioned F#, let me do so. It has very cool features like type providers and units of measure, and I’m jealous of that!

@codesections looks like I’m in a minority.I do want autocomplete, because fully typing long symbol names out is just busywork. But I also want a delay; it shouldn’t distract me by offering suggestions _while_ I’m typing, only when I’ve briefly stopped.

@codesections SSH lets you tunnel ports, but a VPN can give you bridges access to multiple hosts (or even multiple subnets) as if you were directly connected
