@commandlinekid I was recently listening to the Astral Flight Simulation podcast, and they had one of the hosts of Stone Choir on discussing just this issue. @Zettour I had a Vita and a Vita TV (sold 'em both). I almost never took the Vita outside, except for the occasional convention.It's mostly a JRPG machine, honestly. Outside of that niche, not a ton of appeal over a normal console during that era.

@progo Things are definitely moving in the direction of Wayland, so it's better to work out the kinks sooner rather than later. My last experience with KDE+Wayland was rather uninspiring (frequent crashes), and my workflow depends on a utility which has only recently gained Wayland support, so... I've stuck to X. I suspect the time will soon run out, Xlibre notwithstanding.Gnome is a dumpster-fire though, even before they dropped X support. That's a huge roadblock for everyone.
