       @futurebird when I was a child I had some rather weird associations which gender did which. Probably this was partly because of me being ND and not understanding things. For example I believed women always drank their coffee without sugar while men used sugar (sample size my parents and a handful other adults).

       @futurebird our apartment has a pretty small bathroom and the landlord decided to install a half size tub instead of a shower. Not only is this tub useless for anyone over 1,60m as a tub it also means there is only space for an extra small washing machine. Also the shower that's installed in the tub has the shower head so that my head touches it (I'm 1,75 ish) so I always have to lower my head to wash my hair, and for my partner it's even worse. So yeah I'd much prefer a normal shower

       @futurebird I painted the ceiling in our bedroom dark blue/navy and the idea was to add stars (using a proper map of the night sky for here) with glow in the dark paint. I've been living in this apartment for 8 years now and have never added the stars. But the spider webs are very visible against the dark blue

       @futurebird I used a matte paint. I guess it makes the room feel a bit smaller (at the very least not bigger) but not oppressively small just not BIG.I still like it, my only concern is if we ever move out, the landlord probably wants it back to white and that will probably take a few coats of white paint. Besides that I kick myself regularly for never adding the stars that would be so cool, but it is also a whole project™
