@Effortless @Cosmic DW wants unlimited upside, with subs, in show ads, merchandise, and even YT ad money(which would only be a small portion of the total pie), yet they focused on staying "YT friendly" when it comes to content. Which puts the talent in a box that is controlled by big tech. There is no reason why any of this needs to be centralized through a gatekeeper. I don't sub to either, no dog in hunt. But it was clear to me that DW only care about the millions and millions of shekels

@Knight_of_the_First_State If you notice a change in the reproductive efficiency of your "herd" (chickens to cows) One of the first things you should look into is their nutrition.Feed mills can/do change the ingredients as a way to adjust to the costs/availability. It's possible that the mill that produces this feed changed ingredients and it's having an adverse effect on egg production. One of the first things you should do is to change feeds and see if the problem goes away or persists.

@HopScotch A while back, all that is really focused on now are the chest compressions. Mouth to mouth isn't something that is recommended unless you are VERY comfortable with the person. In fact, they found out that the idea of swapping spit with a complete stranger the biggest barrier to bystander CPR. So now, they just want people to do the chest compressions until EMS can get there. There is enough oxygen in your system to keep your brain cells alive for several minutes.

@Cosmic When the midlife crisis hits for the millenials and zoomers its gonna be a brutal experience. They have spent half of their most productive years of their life playing video games and leveling up those characters without spending much time levelling themselves up(skills, career, family, health). The depression and suicide that will start to appear in middle aged men in the next 10 years is going to be bad. Some of it may already be starting.

For those who don't remember..... T Boone Pickens was advocating hard during the Bush years for wind turbines up through the "Wind corridor" in the US Plains. His plan also relied on converting to natural gas for vehicle propulsion to get away from oil.Notice how there isn't a wind turbine in sight to spoil the view on his palatial estate in TX. https://www.townandcountrymag.com/leisure/real-estate/g14104764/t-boone-pickens-mesa-vista-ranch-house/

@zonz I didn't know that he changed his mind, good to know. I'm still irritated that I'm entirely surrounded by them, and at night the entire horizon 360 degrees is red blinking lights all blinking in unison.

@furgar. It’s most likely high fructose corn syrup. That stuff is in EVERYTHING, and fructose is different than dextrose or glucose. With the “low fat” or “fat free” stupidity they had to add something to the processed food to make it palatable, which was HFCS and salt. The health affects are now obvious.

@ralphw If you are free this summer, come on out and cut the weeds by hand. When can I expect you? The weeds will start growing in about 3 weeks.

@ralphw Like what? And what are your qualifications? Myself, I own and operate the farm that has been in my family since 1872.I don't use glyphosate much anymore, it isn't that effective on what the problem weed is. And I suspect that you don't know much of anything about it other that what you've read off some website. Roundup/glyphosate is NOT a "new" herbicide, its been around since 1974. And it replaced a bunch of other very toxic herbicides.

@ralphw Yes, I would disagree with that. You have to explain why there is no health signal among farmers and their children. They are exposed to industrial levels of the chemicals at the point of application.Take beef. First the herbicide is sprayed, 4 months later the crop is harvested(only the grain), months later still the grain is fed to the animal, and the animal grows for 1.5 years and is slaughtered. Somehow with all that dilution and time you think that could cause health impacts?

@ralphw What makes a poison is Dose and Duration. You have to explain how farm kids don't have a health signal, but eating something far removed from the application site does. And I would be COVERED in glyphosate spray when I was a teenager, that is how we controlled weeds back then, by manually riding on a seat on a steel beam attached to a tractor, and spot spraying the weeds.

@SurStromming The correct answer would be to send them to auction so they end up somewhere else and become someone else's problem......

@Zennblack I live nearby, the details of the case are pretty awful. Some of the messages that the mother/daughter sent to each other on Facebag were pretty awful and callous. The girl was 24 weeks pregnant, this happened BEFORE the Supreme Court overturned RvW, so this was previous laws that banned abortion in Nebraska at 20 weeks....its now 12. Local news sources have better info: https://northeast.newschannelnebraska.com/story/49166519/norfolk-mother-accused-of-performing-concealing-abortion-pleads-guilty-to-three-countshttps://northeast.newschannelnebraska.com/story/49221968/norfolk-teen-sentenced-90-days-in-jail-two-years-probation-for-role-in-disposing-of-illegal-abortion
