@Haleakalacrater The reason you connect to a ground on the block of the engine, and not the battery terminal, is so you don't fry the electronics in the car. I've blown out my alternator's voltage regulator a couple of times learning this lesson. It doesn't always happen, but can easily. Sometimes, however, block grounds just won't work, and you have to jump from the battery post.@zephyrotv @PNS

Individuals have been beaten down by a /*perceived*/ violence that they now feel that they are justified in protecting "Life and Limb."A jury of your peers will help you figure out if you've taken it too far or not. It is not for the arresting authorities to decide; they are only to detain for civil examination.

@admin Do you know who Jay Inslee is? He's the former governor of Washington State. He is very far from "MAGA," and is pure corruption.How does ICE being near polling places have anything to influencing voters? Only legal citizens should be voting... Unless you live in Washington where they register everyone with a drivers license to vote - citizen or not. It is "on the individual" not to do illegal things, even if they've "given" the OK.@vicfroh

@admin "Immigration and Customs Enforcement" is a federal level of law enforcement. They enforce laws pertaining immigration and customs; stuff that crosses the US border. If you bring stuff in illegally, you've broken the law. If you jump the border or overstay your visa, you've broken the law.They shouldn't be at polling stations because illegals shouldn't be voting. The States have a right to conduct voting as they wish, but they can't include illegal votes.@vicfroh

@admin I don't believe I have argued they should have ultimate authority, but we do have a written code we agree to abide by to conduct a civil society.You also seem to have missed the point that I did not want people who aren't supposed to be voting to be altering my civil agreements clauses. I believe that WA State govt is corrupt - with Jay Inslee being integral for 3 terms as governor. With blatent did regard for law, I approve of enforcement.@vicfroh

I don't approve, but again, I don't approve of non-citizens voting.If the knowledge exists and a court has ordered containment of an individual, via warrant (civil agreement), then so be it.When they start locking up citizens, then I will have other words.Interfering with state (local to fed) always runs the risk of paperwork on some level.@vicfroh

@CSB UBI will ruin the cost of basic goods and services. We are not a civilized enough specie to be entrusted with not abusing supply and demand ratios on food, water, and electricity.If these basics are guaranteed to be covered, what's to stop them from raising the prices if they're 100% going to be covered?This is what I've witnessed with our "Health Insurance For All" deal with Obamacare and "College Tuition for All who apply."
