@lanodan Let me introduce you to the way audio output works on the Raspberry Pi 3. Hint: if you configure a GPIO pin as using hardware PWM, the headphone output stops working.

@adastra1930 Years ago, I lost a bunch of data when installing SuSE Linux. At some point, a dialog with red background comes up "Do you want to erase the entire hard drive?" There are Yes and No buttons - one blue, one grey. Quick, which one is the selected one? I guessed wrong.

Finally got my NetBSD.org mail sorted! The main issue is that I didn't realize that the file named "Mailbox" in my home directory is the inbox :/Anyway, I will try to use my #NetBSD address as much as possible for any BSD stuff. My first non-Gmail email address in years -- exciting!

The first thing I noticed is that email does not have to be sluggish -- like the Gmail IMAP frontend, with its 500ms+ latency for simple operations.
