It seems you've built these in the past and so you had a specific UI/appearance in mind.I still will ask, though: Did you consider simply using #orgmode  links capabilities or #hyperbolehttps://www.gnu.org/software/hyperbole/Org mode lets you create your own link types and Hyperbole is all about links (and lets you create your own type).

       @kzimmermann I would recommend #Gentoo. I've been using it for almost 18 years. Never looked back.I originally started with #LFS for true bare metal, but while you learn a lot, it's a huge effort to maintain. With #Gentoo, you'll learn quite a bit, and in the end, you'll have a *very* manageable system to use as your regular distro.

       @rms There are a *lot* of sites providing medical news/information, and in my experience the bulk of them exist for SEO purposes and/or promote fringe theories.As a result, I ignore anything not coming from an official university research site or from a well recognized organization (e.g. Mayo Clinic, WHO, CDC, NHS, etc).My question: How do you go about vetting a site like the one this article is from?
