@neil it feels like a distinct and separate loss of control to me. With other models where your data is the product, it's a bit more visible in terms of how it's used and at least conceptually (if not in practice) you can see that you could gain some individual control. With LLMs, you don't know where your data is, somehow. It's all part of an amorphous blob and if you want your data removed, you're somehow painted as being unreasonable because the design of the system doesn't allow for that.
