@ShanonRose @ned @macg1llivray The thing is they don't really care about protecting children, they only want to harm LGBTQ people. If children get hurt in the process, they don't mind, that's just collateral damage.

@benjamincoxI won't lie (I never do anyway 😅), It is.But you should end up with a lot less weight to carry daily.You will eventually decide to keep parts of your mask, to avoid rejection mostly. But you will learn to control when and why you mask, and with whom.It's hard, and long, but it's a very worthwhile process. @Claire @PatternChaser @ScruffyDux @actuallyautistic

@strypey The last poster summed it up nicely:"Workers have agency."The main problem with that sentence, is that it's wrong.Employees do things, sometimes wrong, under pressure and when it backfires on the company, they get thrown under the bus as rogues.Not what I would call having agency.But what do I know...

@mhoye @Geoffberner @baldur Good point.I don't know how it works in the USA, but in Canada, unions in tech jobs are mostly unexistent. Lots of work to be done before it's an effective protection.

@strypey I've been suspecting I'm AD(H)D for a while now, and this settles it, I believe.I've always been a heavy coffee drinker, at all times of the day. I would get up from the couch at night, drain my coffee mug and go to bed, not the least bothered by it.A few years ago I started to cut down a little, for my health. At the same time, I started having problems concentrating at work. I'm just making the connection now. I had attributed it to age, post Covid stress...Thank you, Strypey!

@ned Honestly, fact checking PP is a waste of time, because his base will only say that the corrupt mass medias/state medias are scared of him and attack him.
