@stannard @alan my grandmother had trouble with her memory, but she went on daily walks up until the last year or two of her ~97 years. that’s basically what i aspire to!

@thomasfuchs @clive i’ve always really wished we had the light little trailers like they do in europe so i didn’t need a big truck to haul mine. that said, the truck only leaves the driveway if we’re towing or hauling something in the bed.

@clive @thomasfuchs tell me about it. i ride my bike (electric sometimes, acoustic other) for in-town errands, and it’s always a gamble. thankfully have only been hit by a car once (fractured my pelvis, yeesh).

@thomasfuchs @clive this is largely why i upgraded from an SUV to a truck. my SUV was fine towing on flat land, but it never would have made it up the (appalachian, in my case) mountains.
