@Samyukth @milcom @nitin my stepbrother Rahul Andrews brought a concept to my notice which so many people are completely unaware of--the Wicked Problem. On a scale of ease of resolution, the wicked problem is the most intractable of all, and requires multiple actions in a multidisciplinary field. Wicked Problems cannot be resolved; they can only be engaged.I recommend that this be read about:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicked_problem

@IshaKaushik @Samyukth @milcom @nitin Our current system is not a wicked problem it is a networked conglomeration of wicked problems, such as poverty, delivering public good, enforcing law and order, delivering the most effective education, and so on.

@IshaKaushik @Samyukth @milcom @nitin By recognizing the problem and addressing it at multiple levels in iteration. Like Kejriwal is doing with education and health in Delhi state. Each budget (both financial & outcome) involve multiple fields in the resolution of say education. Education is improving but even 5 years is too hort a time to rectify the neglect of seven decades and the tremenduous challenges faced by a hostile Centre and polarised society today.

@zsc welcome to my tootstream. Since you seem to be a cyclist and would appear to love solitary spaces, here is one of my favourite birding spots in Pune, birdwatching with the daughter of friend.

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the first time the fascist #RSS paramilitary was banned in India! If it happened once, then twice, then thrice, then it can happen again.
