I'd never tried a Peloton indoor cycle until a few months ago. I was surprised that the leaderboard aspect (virtual racing?) made me want to try harder. I don't wish to buy/subscribe to Peloton, but I'd like to get good exercise indoors if it's hard to outside.Q3. Are there other alternatives that have wider compatibility? are better? free? open? @jerzone @bikenite A4. I used to run a lot, which was great for keeping in good cardiovascular shape. But things are sore these days and I have less time. I really really hope I can get back into running. 🙁 #BikeNite

@Weather_Rock_Wx @bikenite A3. I think I can feel like I "get away" by either getting enough exercise so that I am tired, or by literally moving to a place where I am not too often. Or I guess both work well together?As mentioned in a previous #BikeNite, in order to get a quick workout, I started using a Peleton at a local gym. It makes me tired enough to mentally detach.#BikeNite

@bikenite A1. Hello, I am back in Oakland, CA! Something tasty I had is a homemade cider. We visited a friend's place months ago, and had too much apple cider to drink. When it started fermenting natrually, I picked up a packet of cider yeast and tried making real hard cider.I haven't done this before, and it didn't taste that great. I read about bottle conditioning and bottled, then added some sugar to carbonate. Last night I finally tried some (and lost half of the cider when all the CO2 was released 😢 ) but it tasted really good! #BikeNite

Our advocacy organization is conducting a #PotholeChallenge to report unsafe potholes to our city for fixing, as they can cause serious injury to people who ride a cycle. Q7.
