@don it is a bit hard choice. If we're counting only during ww2 then I would say: Japan. But even after 3rd Reich defeat russian dicKtator (of georgian origin, which is irrelevant) tried to occupy Iran and there is barely any doubt, that that ugly motherf*cker stalin wanted to occupy Paris and go to English channel. @Helgi despite denial of many that his economic system wasn't socialist, he had quite a control of economics similarly to lenins control during NEP, which is actually very similar thing. So if hitler isn't socialist then neither is lenin nor anyone.

They have broken it multiple times(molotov-ribbentrop pact).1) They occupied Lithuania, which was supposed to go to 3rd reich.2) They invaded Romania and annexed parts of it, after it was ruled out to be non-interest of ussr.3) Red army on the borders of 3rd reich was also violation of treaty

@stux I have however to say that having national countries and nationalities (on top of having flags and anthems) are necessary concepts around which we can create cohesive society. (words of a person, who takes national symbols lightly)Nationalism and patriotism are neither bad or good, it is necessary but it can misbehave. A little bit like bacteria, there a lot of harmful, but we can't live without probiotics.p.s. I can understand your frustration though.
