I don't like having to do this (again), but I honestly don't know what else to do. :(The bank account is dwindling fast and I still have to buy food for my partner and 1-year-old and pay for appointments. Well tonight is a bust.I was trying to run the cable modem line under the carpet around the edge of the living room and into a closet so the kid couldn't mess with it. I then realised it was going to be difficult, so I decided to break into the cable box outside and change which outlet was active. The line to the living room is the only one with a connector! 😩The other ones are stripped and ready for connectors to be attached, but I'm guessing I'd need some things to do that. And I'd need to do it for all of them because I have no idea which one goes to which outlet.And if the cable company ever needed to do something they'd know I had messed around with their box. 😕
