@kim_harding Agreed, but our whole society is based on a) having to drive and b) not caring when some people can't get places because we have to drive. Structural limitations are now in place requiring cars. And its killing us.

@fcktheworld587 On the other hand, in the real world without the pressures of career, I was able to help my grandmother in her last years to not get screwed around. And power of attorney in the hands of someone scared of misusing it can be a boon.

@grammargirl if it doesn't decompose, it's not mulch. Good grief the nerve of companies mixing toxins into what's going to be your soil, and your food. Don't buy their bs!Likewise, if something can't or won't be fully returned to the beginning of the product stream, it's not recyclable. And if not, it shouldn't be manufactured. And toxins never should.

I just read another toot about why democracy didn't make it and is dying. It's very sad to hear and probably explains why people all over the world are voting, striking, rioting, exercising their speech, protesting, and otherwise clamoring for their rights and are being oppressed for it by some of the same corporate forces that are telling you democracy is dead. #apologiestojerry
