Lmao ... got questioned by IT-sec today ... "We are seeing a lot of weird traffic on port 53 that seems you are responsible for". I did not just have a tunnel with wireguard running on udp 53 as they allow incoming traffic on that port. Nooooot at all.

@troed Tele2 did, and it's old. The got an alarm from Tele2 that we where being ddos:ed over DNS. So they started to look into the local firewalls a bit closer.

@troed Main reason for that port, it allows udp incoming. Nothing else does that. Wireguard are using UDP so. But hopefully we get a real vpn solution soon as whatever we have now as the official one is not being worty being called VPN. I'm trying to push for ZTN instead of a tradional vpn in the long run and modern application firewalls that is somewhat smarted than "oh there is comming traffic on this port"

@BrodieOnLinux Somehow it feels more like some personal vendetta somewhere, than something he actually did. Kicking someone out so hard is usually reserved for doing really bad shit, and I have not seen a proper explanation anywhere from the board etc.
