Just like all the Simpsons "predictions" were never really predictions, they were plans, sold to the masses as fiction and entertainment, until it came to be reality. There are a lot of hidden truths in films. Sometimes I wonder if that's why certain shows or films get cancelled. The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, for example, is such a huge parallel of our reality. Netflix cancelled the series, leaving it inconclusive due to production costs - or at least, that's what they're telling us.

Does anyone ever feel burnt out with how divided everyone is over everything? I know I do. It's frustrating. People are so tribalistic now, you can't even have a civil conversation with someone who has different views online. As soon as they realize you're not part of their echo chamber, they shut down, get mean, and want nothing to do with you. 🙄 This behavior is especially bad with the younger gens. Older gen is not quite as bad. Still bad, but not nearly so much as the younger ones.

An excellent article that explains well what will happen if Meta joins the Fediverse and if the Fediverse doesn't unite against them. I used to think big tech platforms joining the fedi would be a positive thing, because it could possibly open the door to my friends and family truly discovering it.
