@ramichaelseidlitz Ich frage mich als Laie, wie eine juristische Person ohne eine oder mehrere dafür vollumfänglich haftenden natürliche Personen überhaupt möglich sein kann.Müsste es nicht eigentlich umgekehrt sein: Die verantwortliche natürliche Person bekommt die Buße. Ob diese dann für die Zahlung der Buße die juristische Person, die zu ihr gehört, in Anspruch nimmt, kann dem Gericht doch egal sein.Oder treten dann in spätestens 20 Jahren nur noch "Responsible KIs" vor Gericht auf?

@tante Would be nice. But it's nearly impossible to stop a marketing bullshit train as long as the populace is not able to tell the difference between AI and pattern recognition.

@malteengeler I agree that Digitalization is an intentional process. But contrary to the loom or the assembly line the populace does not feel the necessity of this intentional process. Furthermore a majority is actively defying knowledge and competence in this area. They deny that there is a pressure not only from above to adapt to cultural and technological change. In the medium term this will make them helpless victims of modern times.

@malteengeler Da die Technologie allgemein verfügbar ist, kann sie von jeder Person, die technisch dazu in der Lage ist, eingesetzt werden. Zu welchem Zweck auch immer.
