@satori I'm new here but this is a porn site shouldn't everything be Nsfw? I think you would have an easier time asking everybody to label things that they post that are safe for work because that's definitely the minority.Can you not make the Nsfw/content warning the default that you have to actively opt out of?

@itsukarine @AD3000 okay but why are we worried about what we can and can't post on a completely separate platform that's irrelevant to us? Are we going to start censoring ourselves so we can post on Twitter/X? Probably have better luck banning together to try and change misskeys TOS at that point. How about we boycott misskey until they change?

@cheesekun same I mark all of my posts with the appropriate hashtags such as nsfw etc coming from #AO3 that is just a habit and most of the time that is enough, and censorship in general is against a free society and that is something that I am opposed to in a lot of regards. I have to wonder and ask the question is what's next are we going to have to censor our posts so we can post a Twitter/x fuck Twitter why do I care what I can and can't post on another platform thats irrelevant to this one?

@Kellyn @AD3000 @itsukarine okay but this is a porn site everything here should be Nsfw that should be and is the default when you come here or federate from here I guess whatever that means, there is a expectation that what you're going to see is explicit, how are you going to get mad about you walking into a strip club and seeing titties? @Kellyn @AD3000 @itsukarine honest question how is that relevant to the average user when they don't have a account on misskey if I wanted to post stuff on misskey I would get an account. I guess at the end of the day I don't understand the why but I agree to the answer and it seems like the solution is to just make all content posted here sensitive or content warning by default and anything that's not can be opted out. I do have concerns that might open up future censorship to remain federated

@Aogami I feel the exact same way and I refuse to buy any online only games or download only. If I purchase a game with my money I want to have a physical copy and to be able to play it 20 years in the future. I can still play 007 GoldenEye on Nintendo 64, if you can't do that with the game you're buying I would strongly reconsider your investment. It's so incredibly easy for some company to go under and then pull the plug on their servers and then all of a sudden you have a nothing of a game.

@satori I never liked the idea of baraag being beholden to other sites terms of service and rules maybe the rest of the freidverse should cut off Misskey if they don't want to play by our rules, being banned from a site I don't use isn't a loss to me. I have a baraag account for Baraag these other sites are largely irrelevant to me as an average user.

@satori is this setting for uploads or what we see on the site, because it would be quite handy to not have to mark everything we post as sensitive manually every time given that this is a porn site and everything posted should be not safe for work by default.
