If you divide the number of followers a user has by the amounts of posts they have made, you get their posting quality. For example, ponypanda has 25000 posts and 1020 followers, which is roughly equal to 0.04. I have 19 followers and 745 posts, so I have 0.025, so he make almost twice as good posts.
