In the age of misinformation, I’d recommend that unless there is an actual receipt showing you what someone said or did something be very skeptical and do not spread what someone allegedly said or did without proof. I have seen a lot of this over the last decade but a particularly large amount of it spread this week with zero receipts to back it up.

"If Democrats had codified X it would be harder to repeal" discourse always misses the point that there are many ways to weaken or outright nullify a law without repealing it. Just look at what Republicans have done (and are still doing) to the ACA.Keep Democrats in office for a longer period and you wouldn’t have these problems. But too many big ego online personalities won’t admit that because it doesn’t draw clicks. Don’t listen to those personalities. They’re not helping you.

You should see it. James Gunn is amazing and I’m glad he didn’t get canceled like too many people tried to do.I truly hope that there’s a time coming where people will unite against a common exposed threat coming. It gave me hope.It also made me glad I’m spending less time on social media, because a bunch of monkeys are probably for sure influencing a number of people.

Two things can be true.It’s possible both to despise Maduro for what he has done to Venezuela AND to oppose an illegal and unconstitutional invasion of a sovereign country to seize control of its oil reserves or try to falsely demonstrate superiority by use of force or try and distract Americans from the economy or the Epstein files or all of that put together.What an absolute clown show of a country we are.
