@CSB @progo I haven't, Thanksgiving was followed by 2 bday parties on Friday and Saturday. The rule today is no one is allowed to leave the house in a vehicle. And no cooking.

To all my Texas dwellers out there I have a issue and would love some advice. I own a home outside of San Antonio that we use as a Airbnb we plan to move there next year. Today I received a escrow statement that raised my mortgage by $1000 per month. I can not afford this. I believe it has to do with the accessed value of the home and the insurance. Does anyone have any advice as to how to protest this. BTW The interest rate is fixed.

@darrenoneill you should use at least a weatherproof 12awg grounded extension cord and you should connect it to a GFCI or have a GFCI extension on it.
