@Vox @mouseybear Ok so for night time how about Valerian root, chamomile...maybe lavender?Then for morning I was thinking about blending in some herbs with our Earl Grey loose leaf. Say...mint, turneric, and cinnamon?

The reports about a "Tesla robot attack" are ridiculously theatrical. The e-stop should have been pressed before entering the robot cell. The reporting makes it sounds as if AI has become its own technomancer and summoned the robots to attack humans. I also find it curious that there is no mention of the manufacturer of the robotic arm - it should have sense abnormal load and stopped at some point. @melodiousowls ohhh you mean that victim culture should have people primed to seek an opressor that is guilty for vaccine injuries? To this point pharma has not been etched into the public consciousness as an institution of white supremacy and patriarchy. Maybe the play for Pfizer and Moderna will be to hire women of color in meaningless PR roles (VP of Equity) and talk about how it was racists who forced the situation.

I've finally caught what has been going around. On the bright side, I have a great opportunity to test the herbal teas my wife got me for Christmas. I've found the following combination exceptionally soothing:- Mullein - Elderberry- Eucalyptus@Vox I will give echinacea a try, too. Any other suggestions?

@leahlovise thank you for that tidbit! I had wondered, but I'm not much of a smoker. The mullein we have is foraged because it just grows wild all over the place. It's amazing how much food and medicine is all around us if we only take the time to learn.
