@gamingonlinux YES! I just setup syncthing on my desktop and android phone to keep my Obsidian notes synced and was hoping it'd work in the deck, but the only flatpak version I saw looked like it was just a gtk gui for syncthing(not the whole thing). I get my deck in a few days, so I'm super happy about this.

Estimated delivery date Tuesday the 10th, FUCK!It's been funny, I've been completely fine and patient until the moment I got my email. Now I'm daily checking it going "when, when, When, WHEN, WHEN!?"

Well this is awesome. #SteamDeck running on a dell laptop dock to dual monitors over display port. It chugs if you try to game this way, but it's a great workstation. #freecad @FreeCAD

I did end up turning off the decks display and dropping both monitors down to 1600x900. Youtube videos were lagging a bit. Also got the realthinder link branch of #freecad working.(it didn't like the little screen being primary. Made all the menu text super tiny)

I've been posting the progress over on twitter, but I've been playing around with 3d printing fountain pen nibs. It's coming along surprisingly well.Here's the current iteration with the new handle, a closeup, and what it looks like right off the print bed.I print it flat, cut the groove, then run hot water over it while forming it around a reusable metal straw. Then I can slot it into the handle.#3dprinting #fountainpens
