In the Drop Site News one, which has a clear view of the decision and action of the officer who shot, the actions of the disarmer started at about the same, we can assume when they both saw the perp's gun.Since we can't see when the disarmer actually succeeded, we have to guess at the sequence, but it's very definitely not "perp disarmed, then other officer shoots him" because you have to factor in the time to make the "shoot, don't shoot" decision and then drawing and shooting.TL;DR: If you're (not entirely) legally carrying a gun, you're a complete idiot to get in a physical fight with law enforcement officers when you could have avoided it.Weasel words since like in most? regimes that aren't Constitutional Carry, you must have your permit and photo ID with you when you carry.
