Use the Local and Federated timelines to see more posts! Local shows folks who are on the same instance as you, while Federated shows a mix of everything.6.) The instance you are on doesn't matter too terribly much, as each has their own set of rules/guidelines. But you can still follow/reply to people on other instances!

10.) When adding images, please try to add alt text for blind or vision-impaired people. Basically, just write a brief description of what's in the image (for example: "Cute fursuiter standing by a river with his arms extended to the viewer in a cute pose."). These alt texts allow blind or vision-impaired people to know what is going on in the image due to screen readers!11.) There is no algorithm here. So please boost posts if you want your followers to see them! Boosting helps a lot!

Practicing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques at home has really changed my negative, anxious, pessimistic way of thinking lately. It helps! I've been a lot happier, and in better moods. I've been doing a lot of self-care, such as exercising, taking bubble baths, and making my bed everyday.It's the little things. Stuff I had no motivation to do before. Instead of dwelling in a negative headspace if I fail, or something bad happens, I turn to optimistic thinking.There's no point to be worrying about something that's not worth worrying over. And I've learned to slowly not do that.

Put an extension on my web browser called BlockSite so I cannot go look at anything linked to Twitter anymore. I caught myself looking a few times recently, but I'm just done with that place. Now I literally cannot look anymore.This page loads up if I try to access it. Bless. Self-care be good lol
