       @john @mikeas you both know from past SVPOW posts that all sauropod neck reconstructions are actually skinny boys relative to tissue depth in living birds. The taller-but-narrow muscle and ligaments in the back half of sauropod necks are probably necessary for them to be raised up, and are consistent with birds that have bifurcated neural spines.
