Well the day started okay until we were unceremoniously scooped up and taken to the V.E.T. for (non emergency) miscellaneous issues 😩. We wil give an update in a bit, we are still at The Place right now being treated.

Update 1/2 Buns: We are back home and discussing this morning’s events. We are not pleased that our morning routines were disrupted, but we are back on track.BunMum: These are rabbits with complex needs… we were there 90 mins😅. We worked with the vet for best treatment approaches. Like everything with small floofs when catching things early there are minimal symptoms, best guesses, likelihoods, %s, invasiveness and efficacy of treatments, side effect risks and contraindications.... and 💰.

2/2 Update:Skye’s had an eye duct flush and is going on eye antibiotics the next week. Sitara’s going on antibiotics for a possible UTI the next week.With both, how they respond (to this and some other minor adjustments to stuff) will determine next steps, if any are needed. 😊There were some other housekeeping items too long to discuss here..⚠️One item to note, critical care (papaya) has changed its formula as of October and the new version may cause some new GI side effects….

Update 4: Good morning friends, I’m downstairs and hoppin. ❤️ I even had a tiny bit of nanner chip from my treat bowl just now as my tummy slowly improves 😏. Today will be a day of rest and recovery as we wait for results (hopefully in next few days). -Skye 💕
