I know how to do it. I know what to do. Yet I can't be bothered.I have always wanted to make things with programming, and yet when I actually get down to do it, I hate dissecting my todo into little seemingly-endless-spiral of sub tasks to deal with. @brandon I was in the middle of my code before writing this toot actually. It was like - as I stare at the html tags and css, and know what I need to type and what ids I need to use, I just don't feel like typing them out. It's a very weird nuance, but very real.

@brandon I just read this: https://bnolet.me/posts/2019/06/focus/I'm curious: how did you separate projects that you stick to and projects that you have to abandon? I've never gotten ADHD or any mental health diagnosis beside anxiety and depression, but I always relate so much to ADHD's struggles.

@freemo Where is this from? I'd love to check out the rest of this presentation.I often lamented about how my younger years had gone to waste - didn't apply for internships, didn't pursue my hobbies because they were not "money makers" etc. But really the best time to do these things is just whenever I realise that I still can.
