@CliffWade As of 2023/04/03, the % of reports of "I've not had Covid!", is much higher than the average over the USA (I think only 20%). I don't know how much worse we did at preventing the spread (certainly we were far from the best), and how much this is a population sampling result.

@_dm @lauren My password manager has its own password -- so if someone steals and unlocks my phone, I'm better off than with a passkey. I don't see a good way to have strong encryption of my passwords without that.

@lauren I'm not good to my keyboards. They usually die from other things than the little bit of wear each time I press the letter or verify I'm on home. But I do sometimes manage to wear off the text on the top of the keys.

@lauren Ditto, although I took mine primarily because my mom (who had worked as a typist and editor) insisted I did so. I didn't have the foresight to think of term papers. (I'm guessing she did, though.)

@lauren @RadicalRuss Have to be careful inferring gender from names. Kim (Stanley Robinson) is "he" too. There is quite a list of names that can be either gender.
