@GettingCooked I think we will get a cold snap later this month that will dump loads of snow in the mountains. It will probably happen on my next road trip back from Boise. That seems to be how the matrix is currently programmed.Last year it started after I was nearly to Boise. The last 2 hours of the trip took nearly 6 hours. It was brutal! There I'd nothing quite like driving a cargo van loaded with glass in the snow with no visibility.

@IceCubeSoup @d3n @dever find an in network naturopath. I started going to one a few years ago and would never go back for my basic medical needs. And she would gladly refer me to a specialist if the need arises.

Anyone who tells you "how great" they feel after an ice bath, is full of crap. I've been going in the freezing river everyday (I can only tolerate between 60 and 90 sec), and it's frigging miserable!

@ThatCrazyDude @Mummabear I have the standard Ryobi chainsaw and it's pretty great! It's not meant to cut down large trees, but we had a large tree fall during a storm and it worked great cutting everything that was smaller than the bar. And it's quiet so if you do want to cut down some small trees, without the ire of nosey neighbors, it does the trick.

@sirseatsitter there is a series of tunnels under some of the small colleges in Minneapolis. I don't know why they were built, but probably to travel safely or stay out of the cold.
