vor 35 jahren das erste mal gelötet, vor 33 Jahren das erste mal assembler programmiert, vor 27 jahren das erste mal alberne hacks via telnet in irgendwelchen us uni netzen ausprobiert. heute hab ich keinen eigenen rechner mehr aber drei spielkonsolen… irgendwas mach ich falsch.

@p0lise ich wurde letztens konkret mit Mord und Totschlag bedroht, weil ich wem gesagt habe, das die Polizei ja durchaus Leute abschleppen lässt, die in Feuerwehreinfahrten parken.

@tante @anneroth zuerst mal braucht man die Wohnungskrise um die Prekären gegen die noch Prekäreren aufzuhetzen. Wenn die ersten Aslyheime brennen können und die CDU/SPD endlich Arbeitslager für Asylbewerber und alle anderen, die ihnen nicht passen, bauen darf, können wir darüber nochmal reden.

@tante naja... das öffentliche Agendasetting betreiben ne Gruppe frustrierter Mitfünziger die seit 20 Jahren auf den gleichen Themen hängen geblieben sind, man mag halt auch nicht so revolutionär daherkommen dass die eigenen, lukrativen Geschäftsmodelle drunter leiden. Und außerdem, eigentlich mag man die ganzen jungen Leute mit ihren komischen Regenbogenflaggen ja auch nicht im Club haben.

als ich 2000 mal im Backstage vom AKW Gundremmingen war, war das Beeindruckendste dass die ganze Steuerung auf handgefertigten Europlatinen in riesigen Racks untergebracht war, was im wesentlichen State of the Art der frühen 70er ist. Grund dafür ist, dass du kritische Anlagenteile nach der finalen Planung nicht mehr erneuern oder retrofritten kannst weil das alles zu sicherheitskritisch für solche Späße ist. Ich frage mich wieviele der Atom-Fans sich damit schon mal beschäftigt haben…

@trurl @futurebird there is literrally no machine or engineer on this planet who can build or knows how to build something like this. when technics reissued the 1210 a few years back, they had to reverse engineer everything and retool a whole factory as they destroyed all manufacturing equipment back in the day. these are the marvels of capitalism. Fiio literally took the best available casette mechanics and even improved them. this is peak cassette player technology in 2024.

@jk @jwz I heard a talk in Berlin about it the same year on a Berlin/germany hacker conference. This dude said it would be the future of democracy. I asked him what he does with it. He said he uses it to deal meth on the internet in order to buy weapons for his nazi militia in Oregon. Yeah. That was the end for me, before it even began.
