This is pretty much as I would have guessed, though people outside Ireland might not have, deafened by the prayers of our new church. The only surprise is that the highest figures in favour of TIM’s presence in women’s spaces are for the prisons (32%) and refuges and rape crisis centres (34%) - presumably because it’s harder for people to imagine themselves in these circumstances. https://thecountess.ie/first-irish-public-poll-on-gender-debate/

On a bus stop in my town (3rd/4th largest in Ireland). Between this and the excellent results of the poll commissioned by The Countess Didn't Fight For This, I am heartened. My eyes will be darting around looking at strange women on the street, in the shops, wondering, is she one of us too?

You can’t - or you certainly shouldn’t be able to - get them sacked unless you are their boss and they refuse to accept that they have to work in order to be paid.

@Debbie_TriptychTwins @Funsizescot1975 I am quite hooked on it too!I find a lot of the animal rescue videos tend to be more about the rescuers than the animals - and I don’t like to see wild animals kept as pets. But this family are so gentle and they genuinely care about the cub and empathise with its mother. Great example to their children, who won’t forget the encounter.

@DejaVu @HebrideanHecate I think another telling thing will be the absolute lack of rigour and salient points in their counter-arguments. JK Rowling wrote a short essay, and they couldn’t even parse that to make any logical points whatsoever, preferring to retweet instead an article of waffle. How will they cope with a whole book?
