I'm really tired and art is becoming harder by the minute. 😜 No surprise probably but I started the drawing at the top and the bottom is where I realised that oxygen levels in my brain just aren't sufficient anymore! 🤪 I will go to rest now. Bye .ART!

A few tips for people who (like me) plan on making biketrips during a heat wave of more than 100 km!-Go to bed early the day before and sleep sufficiently-Get up early and take advantage of the cooler hours-You'll need twice as much liquid than usual-Don't only drink water, make half your supply fruit spritzers/Schorle-Complement your food supply with fresh fruit and/or vegetables-Don't forget to stretch, even though it's hot, your muscles will contract#heat #bike
