@Doll @dew_the_dew @amerika The Chinese relied on imperial exams to create a bureaucracy of merit. Confucianism created a block of inertia so solid that only violence could change it. The 'merit' of the system relied on answering exams correctly without regard to reality. Not exactly the gov't I would prefer.

Can lead to a perverts hunting preserve.Also, they compete with local poor Americans for jobs, depressing wages and increasing profits. @thekatatonic no it can not over rule the Bill but they can hope that we would get scared enough to let them change the rules.My theory is the 2 amendment will not be changed by passing a new amendment but by ignoring the constitution and passing a law. That is why nobody wants to fix gun violence by amendment.
