Da phlebotomist stabbed me viscously with her needle !Ok so she was super nice and gentle and we had a laugh! 🥰😁Apparently I’ve shrunk, I’ve been 5’7 in me stocking feet. NO Longer!Well actually no shorter as it appens , I’m 5’5” 😳😱😳I knew I should’ve kept out of the rain!

So we went out onto the moors for lunch, to one of our fave feeding stations! A small cafe housed in an old village school! A glass of Pink Lady apple juice (AJJ laughed at me disappointment in the actual lack of pink or indeed any ladies!) looks almost like orange juice but a truly delicious variant of an old favourite!The apple juice was an ideal accompaniment to the Steak, stilton & red onion marmalade ‘baguette’ with veggie crisps and a delicious side salad! Most therapeutic!
