@darrenoneill Agree with all the above. I just point out that 115V * 1.5A = 172.5VA (VA = Watt). It's still pretty low, so any extension should do.Not an electrician, but I remember my physics pretty well :)

@adam I heard a piece of a Curry & the Keeper a few days ago. Guanciale is pronounced "guanchale", the "c" is a soft c like in cheese, the "i" is not pronounced and is just there to make the "c" soft and not hard like in cake.
