       @quinta Provo a dirla così: i social network decentralizzati e comunitari coesisteranno con quelli centralizzati e commmerciali. Del resto non è che le cooperative di mutuo soccorso abbiano rimpiazzato le società di capitali, e non penso che lo faranno i DAO.

       @quinta Penso che il punto sia leggermente diverso, ovvero che l’errore di moderazione può avvenire sia nei sistemi centralizzati sia in quelli federati. Ovvero non è che per il fatto di avere una piattaforma federata improvvisamente le policy e la loro applicazione diventano perfette e tutti sono contenti.

       @aijooyoom I have an older Wordpress.com account, which used to be free, and then I started paying to remove the ads infestation - QED. But this raises the larger question of business models. Do you think community donations and volunteer time will be enough to build robust mainstream platforms?
