@Krisss it gives this feeling that you're on a planet just like earth but tiny. I think is both the moon looking "close" and the hills of the horizon seeming also close and small with the trees on them

@Rasp here's my own experience and what I've learned on the matter:(1/2) Any new diet change that makes you be repeatedly uncomfortable or hungry is just a loosing battle and calorie counting is pointless because no label is precise and because the body does not care about the math, generally hates suddenly giving up on fat and fat storage has more to do with hormones and metabolism, and on that note...

@Rasp gotcha, I just felt like saying 'cause, well, I personally would not have enough with lunch and then a small bowl of veggies for dinner, and I can't imagine being the only one lol (I eat a considerably volume of food daily)I just don't want people to feel like they should be hungry to lose fat, or stress over calorie counting, so many people with honest effort end up hitting a wall that way and then feel like there's something wrong with them, you know?

@Rasp this is true, you burn very few calories as you do the exercise, exercise is not really about burning calories directly, it's about increasing your metabolism by building muscle mass, bigger muscles are like a passive caloric expense
