@inkblitz Not really. Just wearing better shoes and trying to rest it for over a year now. It sometimes acts up still if I bend it a certain way it doesn't like, and I noticed it does feel "tired" sooner if I've been walking a lot.I just need to take better care of my body. 🥲

@inkblitz yeah doctor gave me some exercises to do and I have youtubed ways to help it but I have not been good about it... It is 100% my fault. Lol
