I had a really inspiring conversation with my therapist yesterday. I told her about how I'm starting to burn out on everything. She told me I need to set boundaries to have a proper work/life balance. I told her how I feel so obligated to this community, which is what makes it hard for me to take me-time. She told me something I already knew but is worth being reminded of on occasion. I can't effectively serve the MAP community, if I don't' take care of myself.So today I've had a productive day working on myself. I'm making changes to help better balance my work for the MAP community with my personal life. I'm not ready to publicly share what I've been working on just yet, but I'm excited for what's to come. This community has given me so much, and I hate to ask for more. As you may know, I was targeted by an anti by the name of Seara Adair who is spreading false information about me. Either Seara or her cronies are still harassing me and my family. This isn't going to stop unless we make it stop.
