A new homeowner clause already exists with taking loans on you 401k but it has a limit. They may remove the limit but that is a short term bump setting up for a long term disaster when everyone is reaching retirement age with weakened savings. Your "Karen" HR prevents you from taking a withdrawal because it is a heavily taxed event.

@professionalbigot69 Why are you persistant on the idea that its a hardware issue when people have been complaining about win11 resource use across numerous hardware setups since launch? There is an avalanche of evidence on this. It is a poor justification to demand users replace years old hardware with months old hardware because your new OS cannot shape rotate an apple without melting down.

@Escoffier my point is that these are simple procedures. You can cook fine meals, you can figure out a bootable USB with mint/arch/debian/fedora/opensuse. Pre-builds are for retards, worse that you would step into a Linux environment without even knowing how to assemble a basic desktop machine.
