3 shows into the Dahmer show on Netflix and once you get past the woke bullshit passively imbedded into it, it’s pretty accurate. I grew up next to Milwaukee, dad was a cop in the area, and am hunting buddies with a local news crime reporter who sat in the trial everyday. They got a bunch of little details right, but missed the fact no one in 1991 gave a shit if gay men went missing, especially their families.

@grapedrink One thing they seemed to have left out was how blind he was. Once he took his glasses off, he couldn’t see past his hand. He never wore them in court because his lawyer didn’t want him focusing on any single juror. He did the same thing at the chocolate factory he worked at, crept everyone out.

@obihahn Worst performances at a concert, Days of the New opening for Metallica in ‘97 at Marcus Amphitheater, they just didn’t belong there. Jerry Cantrell and Metallica saved the day. Other one was Filter between Korn and Limp Bizkit at the Family Values 99 tour. Again didn’t belong. There’s been some complete dog shit concerts at Summerfest, but there are multiple stages, so just take a walk

@Jack5150 short answer is yes if you bring it to a good shop. There are all sorts of minor adjustments that make a big difference. It can be done at home rather easily, but you have to resist the urge to make big adjustments. All you need is a 1/4 turn or less to get where you need. Like any job correct tools and experience go a long wayChanging strings should be something every guitar player should know how to do. Just do them a string at a time.

@obihahn I was the general manager at Northern Brewer in Stallis for a about 4 years, worked there for 8. I wish I had a can of every label who’s brewer/owner I sold their first homebrew kit to.

The company I drive for just announced they are installing driver facing cameras “for our protection” by the end of next year. We all know that line is total bullshit and I am very familiar with the abuse of employee from previous employers. My question to all of you No Agenda resources, what can I do (i.e. privacy eyewear) until I can find suitable employment elsewhere. Mind you I drive at night, so sunglasses aren’t the best option.

@Sabex I had a lot of success with mead years back in competitions. Best tricks for me were 1/4 teaspoon yeast nutrient additions during primary fermentation and daily aeration via violet ferment or shaking.
