@graf @Kinochet @GatorTime Nah, I don't think it's really worth dredging up old beef, especially now that Julian and Ethan are on the outs. This was also about a year ago so everything's probably been refactored to hell and back since then anyway.If you really want to, I can find you the post once the forum is back up, but my advice would be to let sleeping dogs lie, especially if you intend to work together in some capacity since he might not appreciate the reminder.

@chudbere How the hell is anybody getting defederated for using the first name of a person who has posted hundreds of posts on Kiwi Farms under their full legal name? Who has sent emails associated with their internet persona under their full legal name? She introduced herself to me with her full legal name the first time she contacted me in the public Gunt Chat about a year and a half ago, for Christ's sake.

@Doktor-Ess Matt Vickers did a long stream a few weeks ago where he read the stipulations that Ethan has agreed to in order to see Xander. There are quite a number of them and several of them are very restrictive in a way that will compromise Ethan's ability to live the degenerate lifestyle he enjoys. He used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain the court docs (since he's not a party to the case between Ethan and Faith and thus lacks standing, having his own, totally separate case in the same court).One of these was that Ethan must submit to drug testing in order to be permitted visitation. Having any evidence of illegal drug use (other than marijuana, which California does not hold against a party) means no visitation. Most notably, this will heavily curtail his ability to use cocaine to maintain his asinine streaming schedule.He's also required to go to anger management ( :gunt: ) and a bunch of other things, including pay almost $200,000 in child support over the next 2 decades. Keep in mind that he had literally written Xander off, posting a long screed about how he'd never bend the knee to the Vickers on anything and that Xander would find him as an adult, so this is him being bullied into kissing the ring by Kiwi Farms because he couldn't stand us hammering on the pain point of "he's never even seen his son".

@Elmo @RabbiChaimNosenberg @Doktor-Ess Right. Ethan was harassing Vickers over Twitter and evidently via text messages. Vickers filed for a regular restraining order (not a domestic violence restraining order like Faith's - this is why Vickers' is bidirectional and Faith's is unidirectional and far more strict) and Ethan defended himself pro se with a truly embarrassing filing that included several pages of seething about Kiwi Farms and even several screenshots of the forum. Needless to say the judge did not find this to be a compelling defense and he lost big, putting the restraining order into effect.

Ethan is 30 minutes late to his stream because he's actively slapping it out with BPF on Twitter. In a fit of rage, he just blasted out an unsubstantiated rumor that BPF prevented his adopted daughter from seeing her birth family until she was 18, a claim that BPF staunchly denies. Knowing Ethan's past track record on running with total horseshit absent even a 30 second Google search to verify it (remember how according to him, gaystoner was "proven to be vhs_archive" by information contained in a data leak that happened 2 years before the gaystoner account was even created?), odds are this is yet another gay op he's fallen for.

@Kinochet Nah I think he looks like a pretty reliable guy and I'm sure he's not going to do anything horrible. You shouldn't be so suspicious of everybody, it's a bad look.I'd respond at greater length but my dad isn't picking up his phone so I have to go try to call him yet again.

@ChudBud @Kinochet Just now I did reverse image searches through both Google and TinEye. The former gave me only results from "Mantsu" and Ethan's tweets and the latter gave me no results. I think it's original, but there are ways of subverting reverse image searches so it's impossible to be sure.
